421 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering, logging in, or using any part of the 421 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to cease using the 421 platform immediately.
The 421 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or permanent residents. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.
421 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 421 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 421 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to be your own. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the 421 support team immediately at [email protected].
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
421 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, illegal activity, bonus or promotion abuse, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are suspended for identity verification purposes will be given the opportunity to submit the required documents within a specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in permanent account closure.
Any remaining balance in an account closed due to fraud or a breach of terms may be subject to full forfeiture. Users who wish to contest an account closure decision may submit a written appeal to the 421 support team within 30 days of the closure date.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 421 platform agree to use its services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account or granting third-party access to your account.
- Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes or betting systems through unauthorised means.
- Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful through the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
421 continuously monitors user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any attempt to deceive the platform or other users will be treated seriously, including being reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 421 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using valid payment methods registered under their own name.
Accepted deposit methods include FPX, GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. 421 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems. Any transaction-related issues must be reported within 48 hours.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 421 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, and may require additional verification for transactions exceeding certain amounts in accordance with anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
The 421 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations that the platform will be continuously uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure from cybersecurity threats.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 421 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, and software found on the 421 platform are the exclusive property of 421 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of such content without prior written consent from 421.

The 421 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that 421 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
Users who access third-party websites through the 421 platform do so at their own risk. 421 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
421 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the current terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the 421 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to this platform.
